About Us
We started with one food truck, that we purchased from a nice guy, named Orlando, who was retiring from the food truck business. We grew from one food truck to three food trucks and two brick and mortar restaurants, serving gourmet seafood, seasoned with two of our own secret spices. Along the way, we expanded our small, but mighty menu, with input from our loyal customers.
