Concept

When IJ and Isaac purchased a food truck, they realized the need for more representation in the seafood category. This led to the inception of their concept, which they named Oak City Fish and Chips. Developing two signature spice blends, they decided to start serving fish and chips. Their take on traditional fish and chips, was a hit  and customers fell in love. Soon, the menu expanded further, and they began to serve shrimp, calamari, oysters, lobster and scallops. From there, their success skyrocketed, and they opened their first brick-and-mortar restaurant. After three food trucks and two brick-and-mortar restaurants, Oak City Fish and Chips has become synonymous with gourmet, fast, fresh, and delicious food.

Offering 

The classic dish of fish and chips has taken off in the US thanks to the reinvention and infinite combinations that the dish has to offer. This is part of what makes Oak City Fish and Chips such a profitable venture. With such rewarding potential, we offer you the chance to come on board and start your own food truck, brick and mortar franchise or event venue, for a small investment.

An Oak City Fish and Chips food truck, brick and mortar franchise, or event venue will require an initial investment, depending on the option you choose. All options will include a one time franchise fee of $42,000 and a 3 month cash reserve. The initial investment will cover travel and living expenses during training, inventory and supplies, and marketing.

Training

As a franchisee, you will also have access to our support and training resources. Our comprehensive training program is designed to help you learn the dos and don'ts of owning your first-ever business. The training consists of 66 hours of classroom and on-the-job sessions. These sessions will prepare you for any obstacles you may find along the way and prevent you from making fatal mistakes with business ownership. Completing this program will bring you closer to opening your first-ever Oak City Fish and Chips food truck or location.
